Corrections

Several titles of my Semon filmography (issues #2 and #4) were erroneously marked as not extant. Whenever the foreign title proves to exist it is preceded by its original title for quick reference:

The Man From Egypt (1916), There and Back (1916), Boasts and Boldness: Fridolen Ha Buon Cuore (Italy)(1917), Slips and Slackers: Ridolini Soldato (Italy)(1917), Roughtough and Rooftops: Ridolini e la Cassaforte (Italy)(1917), Tough Luck and Tin Lizzies: Les Joies de l'Auto (France) (1917), Babes and Boobs: Ridolini Sposo Felice (Italy)(1917), Meddlers and Moonshiners: Ridolini e i Contrabbandieri (Italy) (1918), Whistles and Windows: Ridolini e la Sartoria per Signora (Italy) (1918), Spies and Spills: Ridolini e il Cannone (Italy) (1918), Skids and Scalawags: Ridolini Innamorato (Italy) (1918), Boodle and Bandits: Ridolini e i Banditi (Italy) (1918)

An aspect that has led to wrong categorisations could be clarified by Juan Gabriel Tharrats: the distinction between Catalonian and Spanish Semon films is not justifiable. The Tomasín-films were Spanish pre-war distributions and the Jaimito releases were made in the 1940s by Spaniard Manuel Rotellar. He inaugurated the series Estrellas de ayer, re-releasing Larry Semon films earning a fortune as he was ignoring any copyrights. All Spanish Semon titles must thus be assigned to Spain.
